As AXT Turbo is a manufacturer, we lend ourselves to being able to make some very unique components , that just are not available elsewhere.

Items like our Short stroke High performance Billet Alloy actuators, are designed to specifically cater for the high internal backpressure, internal waste gated turbocharger.

In addition to our own exclusive products, AXT Turbo makes a range of very cost effective external waste gates and blow-off valves. These are designed predominantly for use, to replace long lost designs that are no longer serviceable or too cost effective to maintain. We try to make them look pretty too....

 

AXT Turbo's engineering dept. regularly sub contracts for design and even manufacturing planning for other interested parties. Consultation can start from the basic ideas / budgeting stage , to full operational prototyping.

Our manufacturing facilities can continue the evolution to a complete product ready for sales if required. All of these services are maintained under the strictest of confidence, to keep the edge over the competition.

 

AXT Turbo's small volume manufacturing facilities also produce some quite exotic components , that would not normally be associated with our core business.

As our engineers are trained for airflow dynamics, metallurgy, plastic deformation, chemical composition and even electrical control, we are able to develop a wide range of automotive components. Some of these bearing the AXT name include our High Performance Brake disks and Pad Materials. AXT also carries synergistic relations with may other engineering companies, where combined efforts lead to unsurpassed component production.
